What Our Collaborators are saying about

Jeff and the Audio Groove Cats

“Jeffrey Billard is gifted with a rich voice and a deep understanding of the best way to approach creative material. Whether it's an audio drama, a stage performance, or an audiobook, Mr. Billard brings his decades of experience as an actor, writer, producer, and director in the dramatic arts.

There are a lot of actors in the world, very few are partners with writers. Someone who wants to see your vision come forward in your project!”

Jack J. Ward

Mutual Audio Network

"Jeffrey Billard is one of the best voice talents out there. A trained dramaturge with decades of experience directing, performing, and teaching, Jeff enhances any project with his professionalism and responsiveness. His voice acting, voice over, and narration work is always of high quality and his versatility allows for him to work in almost any genre or form. He's one of the first voice actors I reach out to whenever I have an audio project to produce."

Lothar Tuppan

"With Jeffrey Billard, not only do you get a great voice actor and a talented narrator, but professionalism and integrity. Jeff can bring to life any world you imagine."

Mark Slade

Screaming Eye Press

“Jeff’s work for Project Audion has confirmed two things for sure: A) he imparts the proper degree of emotion into everything he’s done, and B) his is a voice you can happily listen to for an extended period of time. Oh, and he’s also delightfully easy to work with. “

Larry Groebe

Project Audion

Jeff is always ready and willing to record anything I send his way; his work is very high quality and thorough. He is always willing to re-take anything at any time and always submits his work in a timely fashion. I couldn't ask for anyone better to do work for me.
